On behalf of the faculty and staff at Franklin County Upper Elementary, I extend a warm welcome to you as we work together for a growth-filled 2021-2022 School Year. As principal, it is an honor to serve with our dedicated faculty, staff and community to help provide a transformational educational experience for our students. We are committed to ensuring that each child receives the best supports possible to learn and grow.

Our vision at FCUE is for our students to be thriving, productive leaders who make a positive difference in their lives and the lives of others. With that in mind, you are invited to be an active participant in helping to make our vision a reality. Educational research clearly demonstrates that when parents and other stakeholders are involved in a child’s education, the child’s likelihood for academic success greatly increases. Families, teachers, support staff, community members, and administration all play a part in helping our students develop academically, socially, and emotionally. Together, we can make a positive difference in the lives of our students.
