FCSD BACK-TO-SCHOOL REGISTRATION FOR ELEMENTARY STUDENTS
Franklin County Lower and Upper Elementary Schools will have a joint registration for the 2019-2020 school year in the Upper Elementary School gym during the dates and times listed.
School personnel hope that in combining both buildings in one location, having several time frames, and providing computers for the online portion of registration will make the process easier for parents.
In order to complete a student’s registration and to provide parents with the name of their child’s teacher/s, parents of returning students should provide 2 proofs of residency (new proofs of residency are required every school year).
Parents of new students must provide a copy of the child’s Certified Birth Certificate, Immunization Form, Social Security Card, and 2 Proofs of Residency.

WEDNESDAY, JULY 10- 8:30 A.M.-3:00 P.M.
THURSDAY, JULY 11- 10:00 A.M.-6:00 P.M.
WEDNESDAY, JULY 17- 8:30 A.M.-3:00 P.M.
THURSDAY, JULY 18- 10:00 A.M.-6:00 P.M.
PARENTS SHOULD BE PREPARED TO PRESENT DOCUMENTS FOR APPROVAL, COMPLETE THE ONLINE PORTION OF REGISTRATION, AND COMPLETE SEVERAL FORMS BY PAPER/PENCIL.
